Police is the only Government agency, which deals with every sect and section of Public. For incident of fire, accidents, crimes, flooding, corruption, smuggling, water shortage, etc complaints connected with every problems peoples seek police help, before police advise them or direct them to proper authorities. All Govt offices need police. Each department of Govt is approached by particular persons, whose problem is connected with that department. Out of all departments only police are supposed and bound to be on road i.e. in public. Naturally police is for the and on the road, from the police. Police deals with more public than dealt by any department of Govt. Naturally as number of complaints is more with Chief Minister than any other minister, same way police is connected with many people than other departments. And as public hold the C.M responsible for their problems; police is also mainly criticized than other departments by the public. Indians are mostly pretentious. Any person who constructs any thing illegally, bribes Municipal authorities and other Govt offices heavily by lakh time more, but do not utter a single word in the public about that. But a police man jealous of that known bribing if wished 20 Rs, also, then that person immediately make it public. He pays heavily to the gang war people also, without a single word. while making a bribe of Rs 20/ public, of police, he is not ashamed to run to the same police for help when he is threatened by that goon. I don’t support bribe to the police, but I wish to condemn strongly our pretentious Indians. Even while bringing gold or diamonds from abroad, custom department is also paid heavily. Irony is that these revenue and civil service's people also mix their voices uniting with alike in any march protesting against police. In this community IPS or directly recruited Dysps or Acps will not be welcomed, as they do the work of Babus only. Actual field work is carried out by the lower staff only. Otherwise also in my opinion Indian Babus of all level is the abuse to our administration. Higher level Babus posts can be seen as hereditary. They have made their gangs to loot the Govt, i.e. they are looting Indian tax payers. They reserve their seat by their fixed secret channels. Sorry to mention here but it is the fact that all higher leveled Babus are from mostly Brahmans. It is not unnatural as right of Education was exclusively their Monopoly from last 5000 years. That right to the untouchables of India was given by Badoda King, Sayajirav Gaikavad and British first time to us Indians. Credit of originating system of bribe also goes to the Brahmans only. By Hindu’s scripted laws, Indians, who were mostly Hindus or Buddhists, before Muslim and Christian invaders, Hindus were bound to pay Dakshina or Dakshana to these all Brahmans just for a permission from the Brahman for touching his feet, or permission from Brahman to that poor to sip foot wash of that Brahman. Brahmans, taking bribe for allowing the devotees in temple are not a secret now. Dakshina means gift or reward exclusively given to the Brahman. In one way it is natural to offer gift to the person in power like gifting to a king by his subjects. But it must be mentioned here that king was gifted by the subjects for protecting the subjects. But Brahmans had the right to extract what ever Brahman wished, from Hindus, without doing any thing for the Hindu devotees. On the contrary Indian Hindu kings and all Hindus were bound to run Brahman's Home also, without any return. As per scripted Hindu laws, it was duty of all Kings and Hindus too, to protect the Brahmans and naturally Hinduism. Were those Hindu’s scripted laws, work of any Non Brahmans? I leave to find the answer to this question to you, with a hint that those scripts are written long back, before arrival of British, who freed the right of education for us poor Indians, from Brahmans, who had reserved all rights of education with them only. One more hint though is not technical as described above is, no human being who has natural instinct of freedom had wished to bind himself for free services to Brahman , as mentioned above. It will be better to stop here as we are talking about our community, though this subject is also vital for removing faults in us for our betterment. Still I wish to discuss more about, how police should be toward the public and their family who is also part of public, if he is a public servant. I wish to discuss how police can be utilized in better ways by the public and by public's elected representatives. I wish to discuss how policemen can be useful to the people after their resigning or retirement if they are part of public. I wish to discuss how Government can use retired or resigned once most disciplined policemen, for embossing importance of discipline in people, as discipline covers extraction of all dirt's from Indians, i.e. corruption, discrimination, enmity due to castes or religions, etc. Modi's un necessarily famous Swacchat Abhiyan is a sub set of super set "Disciplined Indi". But Modi and his gang seem not interested in United India. United People of Nation make that nation Strong. We were and are divided in various groups. It is not the place to discuss, who divided us. But it is sure that our many fractions only invited invaders in India, to loot us along with Brahmans. I have expressed my thoughts for uniting the most useful part of our society and of course for betterment of police too. I declare that I am a common imperfect human. Many thoughts are taught to me by many people, whom i had not judged well. Some times it happens that one thing you bought in first lane is being sold at throw away price in the next lane, and the seller from first lane also had bout things in lot from next lane's seller. Friends and activists in this field are requested to contribute their vital views for over all improvements in police and social system too as police are directly and strongly connected with public. I humbly submit that I am also included in definition of public. This community welcomes any one to lead also.
